Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI-powered recruitment strategies to source passive candidates in emerging tech fields
- Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning tools to optimize talent pipelines
- Design immersive virtual hiring experiences using AR/VR platforms for 2026 workforce needs
- Lead employer branding initiatives targeting next-gen tech talent across digital channels
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to define future skill requirements and competency frameworks
- Implement ethical AI hiring practices ensuring bias mitigation and algorithmic transparency
- Analyze market trends to forecast talent shortages and proactively develop contingency plans
Qualifications
- 5+ years in technical recruitment with proven experience in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Expertise in recruitment automation tools (HireVue, Eightfold, Paradox) and ATS platforms
- Certification in AI ethics or talent analytics (preferred)
- Demonstrated success building talent pipelines for emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret talent market data and predictive metrics
- Experience with virtual reality recruitment environments and gamified assessment tools
- Deep understanding of generational workforce dynamics (Gen Z and beyond)
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
