- Oversee circular economy initiatives reducing waste by 40% through 2026
- Manage $5M+ annual sustainability budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with C-suite to integrate climate risk into core business strategy
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and communications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability leadership with demonstrable 2030-vision experience
- Expertise in climate science, circular economy models, and ESG regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of scaling sustainability programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in SBTi, GRI, or similar frameworks required
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA with sustainability focus
- Experience with carbon accounting platforms (e.g., Persefoni, Watershed)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and regulators
- Published thought leadership on 2026 sustainability trends preferred
