- Drive innovation in circular supply chain management and waste reduction programs
- Oversee stakeholder engagement including investors, regulators, and community partners
- Analyze environmental data using AI-powered tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Mentor sustainability team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability management
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious carbon reduction goals (minimum 30% reduction)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSR-P) or equivalent credential
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks and carbon accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability analytics platforms (e.g., Sustainly, Persefoni)
- Experience leading sustainability transformation in Fortune 500 companies
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
