Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability roadmaps targeting 2026 climate neutrality milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate circular economy principles into product lifecycle management
- Drive R&D investments in breakthrough green technologies including carbon capture and bio-based materials
- Establish ESG reporting frameworks exceeding GRI and SASB standards for stakeholder transparency
- Forge strategic partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, and tech startups for ecosystem innovation
- Design and deploy AI-powered sustainability analytics to optimize resource efficiency across global operations
- Champion organizational culture change through employee engagement programs and sustainability training initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Engineering, or related field with 10+ years progressive experience
- Proven track record scaling corporate sustainability programs with measurable impact on carbon reduction and waste diversion
- Deep expertise in circular economy frameworks, lifecycle assessment (LCA), and sustainable supply chain management
- Experience developing and implementing ESG reporting systems with third-party assurance capabilities
- Strong background in stakeholder engagement with NGOs, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Proficiency in sustainability software platforms (e.g., SAP Sustainability, Persefoni) and data visualization tools
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated success in driving innovation through cross-functional leadership
- Knowledge of emerging regulations including SEC climate disclosure rules and EU CSRD requirements
