Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with Paris Agreement goals
- Leverage AI/ML analytics to predict climate risks and optimize resource allocation
- Lead stakeholder engagements with C-suite executives on ESG transformation
- Develop carbon-neutral supply chain strategies using blockchain traceability
- Drive circular economy adoption through waste-to-value innovation programs
- Manage $5M+ sustainability budgets and vendor partnerships
- Report on TCFD/ISSB compliance frameworks to board committees
- Mentor junior strategists on emerging climate technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting software (e.g., Watershed, Persefoni)
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSEP) or ESG certification
- Advanced proficiency in AI-driven sustainability platforms
- Experience developing 10+ year net-zero transition strategies
- Strong stakeholder management with C-suite executives
- Knowledge of circular economy business models and circular supply chains
