Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability roadmap aligned with 2026 environmental targets
- Analyze carbon footprint data and identify reduction opportunities across operations
- Lead stakeholder engagement for ESG reporting and sustainability certifications
- Oversee renewable energy transitions and circular economy initiatives
- Drive sustainability culture through employee training and innovation programs
- Monitor regulatory compliance and emerging sustainability frameworks
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate sustainability into core business strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of sustainability management experience with measurable impact
- Proven expertise in carbon accounting and ESG reporting frameworks
- Strong project management skills with $500K+ budget experience
- Certification in LEED, GRI, or similar sustainability standards
- Advanced data analysis proficiency (Excel, Power BI, sustainability software)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation abilities
