Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) to map 5-8 year strategic pathways
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes and disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align departments on future-oriented KPIs and innovation roadmaps
- Author whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging paradigms and competitive positioning
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof products and services targeting 2026 launch windows
- Establish KPIs to measure organizational adaptability and future-readiness metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Published author or speaker at global futurism conferences (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioners)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis)
