Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI and machine learning systems capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices to ensure high code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, system architecture reviews, and performance audits to drive technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a principal or lead architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure).
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems at massive scale.
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
