Responsibilities
- Develop adaptive ethical frameworks for autonomous systems operating in 2026+ environments
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI decision systems using predictive ethics modeling
- Design governance protocols for quantum-AI hybrid technologies
- Advocate for ethical AI standards at international policy summits
- Conduct foresight research on societal impacts of emergent AI capabilities
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment across 15+ industry verticals
- Author whitepapers on AI ethics for regulatory bodies and academic journals
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy of Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing ethical AI frameworks for regulated industries
- Deep expertise in predictive ethics modeling and bias mitigation
- Published research on AI governance or futurism (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience with quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Certification in AI Ethics from IEEE or ACM (preferred)
- Fluency in policy analysis across 3+ regulatory jurisdictions
