Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for commercial applications targeting 2026 deployment horizons

- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Secure $10M+ in government/industry grants for quantum initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum adoption in finance, healthcare, and logistics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing quantum algorithms with real-world implementations
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience securing $5M+ in research grants or corporate funding
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published work in top quantum computing conferences (QIP, etc.)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for C-suite stakeholders
