Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures, focusing on reinforcement learning and multimodal AI.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for inference efficiency, targeting edge deployment on next-gen hardware.
- Define and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model security.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML systems in production environments.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
