Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum, and biotech integration solutions
- Identify emerging tech disruptors and create mitigation/adoption strategies for enterprise clients
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI frameworks and responsible tech governance
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with proven experience in future-casting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech ethics or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Strong network within Silicon Valley, Austin tech ecosystem, and EU innovation hubs
- Certification in Tech Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
