- Performance Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize system latency, throughput, and resource utilization, ensuring a world-class user experience.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and senior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure all architectural decisions comply with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Future-Proofing: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing simulations) and integrate viable solutions into the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust for infrastructure-as-code and scripting.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of aligning technical roadmaps with business goals.
