- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science journals with 3+ annual publications
- Architect secure quantum-resistant encryption protocols for critical infrastructure
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's) and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds and fault-tolerant systems
