Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure for next-generation applications.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms for autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into 2026 product roadmaps.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on generative AI and neural networks.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI models.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
