Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end machine learning solutions for complex business problems.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI into production environments.
- Oversee the development and deployment of scalable data pipelines and model serving infrastructure.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in real-time applications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural reviews to maintain high code quality and security standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP libraries.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, database design, and high-availability architectures.
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI/ML solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
