Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of proprietary Generative AI agents designed for the 2026 standard.
- Optimize Performance: Minimize latency and maximize throughput for our neural network architectures using distributed computing techniques.

- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software engineering excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Core Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle unstructured problems and derive novel solutions from first principles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex algorithms to non-technical audiences.
