- Secure $5M+ in research grants and partnerships with government agencies and Fortune 500 companies
- Present findings at top-tier conferences (IEEE, ACM) and publish in Nature/Science journals
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and patent 10+ quantum innovations by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing breakthrough research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, QIS frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq), and hardware interfaces
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical architectures
- Demonstrated ability to secure government/DoD quantum research funding
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
