- Lead cross-functional teams to develop prototypes for next-gen human-machine integration technologies
- Conduct forward-looking research on emerging technologies with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps with measurable milestones
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical deployment of advanced autonomous systems
- Drive innovation through rapid prototyping in our advanced R&D laboratories
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive architectures
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Expertise in developing systems with 2026+ implementation horizons and future-proof architectures
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related futuristic discipline
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on human-machine integration or autonomous systems
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks and autonomous system safety protocols
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three major futuristic projects with 5+ year vision
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and technological convergence trends
