Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms leveraging quantum computing principles
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop autonomous decision-making systems for 2026-era applications
- Conduct advanced research in neural-symbolic integration and explainable AI
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI-quantum hybrid architectures
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier conferences and journals
- Drive ethical AI frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through hackathons and internal symposiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in AI/ML with 3+ years in quantum-enhanced algorithms
- Publication record in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent tier-1 conferences
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and quantum machine learning theory
- Proven ability to translate complex research into scalable production systems
- Experience securing federal or corporate research grants ($500K+ preferred)
