Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures capable of supporting exponential growth.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models into core infrastructure pipelines.
- Define technical roadmaps and strategic initiatives for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system security and compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and Rust, with a proven track record of building distributed systems.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Strong understanding of microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
