Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market landscape
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technology integration across business verticals
- Architect innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation timelines
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Conduct scenario planning for technological and societal tipping points
- Drive pilot programs for breakthrough concepts (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record in developing future-focused business strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
