Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and AGI safety frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-AI collaboration interfaces
- Research emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and digital twins
- Present strategic foresight briefings to C-suite and board members
- Collaborate with policy think tanks on technology regulation standards
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years in applied R&D
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neural-symbolic AI, or distributed ledger tech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into commercial prototypes
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
