Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and strategic scheduling across multiple time zones
- Coordination of complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparation of confidential reports, presentations, and executive correspondence
- Financial oversight including expense reports, invoicing, and budget tracking
- Office operations management including vendor relations and supply chain coordination
- Lead cross-functional projects with departments including Marketing and Finance
- Implementation of digital workflow optimization using MS Office Suite
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of executive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven experience with calendar management software (Calendly, Doodle)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Project management certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in legal, tech, or financial services industry a plus
