Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executive team
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, vendor relations, and facility coordination
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain employee records
- Analyze operational workflows and implement efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
