Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and prioritize critical correspondence
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements and expense reports
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and maintain HR documentation
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and optimize administrative systems using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with strict deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience with HRIS systems and onboarding procedures
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
