Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate record-keeping systems
- Process invoices, expenses, and financial documentation with precision

- Coordinate office operations, including supply management and vendor relationships

Qualifications
