Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced MS Office Suite
- Oversee office operations, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, ensuring prompt issue resolution
- Lead administrative projects including onboarding, event coordination, and process improvements
- Maintain digital filing systems with strict adherence to data security protocols
- Analyze operational metrics and recommend efficiency enhancements to leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience in tech or corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proven experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
