Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing mail
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics for executive team
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security badges
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and document filing
- Assist with office supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support HR functions onboarding processes and documentation
- Collaborate with team on special events and company initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
