Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and efficiency
- Greet visitors, direct them to appropriate personnel, and provide building access
- Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room reservations
- Handle office supply inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including data entry and document processing
- Support team members with ad-hoc projects and cross-departmental initiatives

Qualifications

- 2+ years of receptionist or customer service experience
