Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and database systems with 99% precision
- Greet visitors professionally, schedule appointments, and coordinate mail/deliveries
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence, maintain filing systems, and manage office supplies
- Assist with billing documentation, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
