Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call handling, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and database systems with 99%+ precision
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and maintain conference room bookings
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with onboarding tasks including new hire documentation and equipment setup
- Collaborate with administrative team to optimize office workflows
- Generate daily reports using Excel and maintain departmental records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist experience with proven data entry proficiency
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to type 60+ WPM with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with polished phone etiquette
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and scheduling software
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
