Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry of client information, appointments, and correspondence into CRM systems
- Coordinate office schedules, meeting room bookings, and executive calendars
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding tasks including new hire paperwork and badge preparation
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless administrative workflows
- Maintain confidential client and company information with discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative/reception roles with data entry focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM software
- Exceptional typing speed (60+ WPM) with 99%+ accuracy in data entry tasks
- Strong verbal/written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Associate degree or relevant certification preferred
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Calendly) a plus
