Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Perform general administrative support tasks for the management team.
- Ensure the reception area is organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
