Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally, managing the front desk reception area.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or take detailed messages.
- Manage and schedule appointments using our digital calendar systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries efficiently.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
- Process incoming customer inquiries via email or phone with a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk assistant, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or evenings as required.
