Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee complex calendars, manage internal and external meeting schedules, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person; screen and route inquiries with discretion.
- Document Control: Prepare, edit, and proofread high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, managing office budgets, and coordinating cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Office Administration: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems (both digital and physical), and greet visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Data Management: Input and maintain accurate records, databases, and employee information.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Organization: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information with complete discretion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
