Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for phone and email inquiries, routing messages efficiently.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies inventory, process invoices, and handle general clerical duties.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and team building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
- Integrity: Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
