Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk, including greeting guests, managing the lobby area, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare necessary materials.
- Act as a point of contact for general inquiries and provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
