Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it is tidy and professional at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Qualifications
