Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-line phone system professionally, directing calls and taking accurate messages.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings using digital calendar tools.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors on-site.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
