- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to ensure smooth workflow coordination.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area that reflects our company values.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and inventory management for office supplies.
- Process invoices and expense reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
