Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with 99% call accuracy and professional call routing
- Coordinate executive calendars and schedule complex meetings across departments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments with meticulous tracking
- Oversee visitor protocols including badge issuance and lobby management
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% data integrity compliance
- Assist with onboarding new hires through orientation support
- Coordinate office supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Support ad-h administrative projects for department heads
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in corporate receptionist/front desk roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with polished telephone etiquette
