What You'll Do:

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare meeting materials.
- Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable and available for a full-time schedule.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing exceptional customer service from the moment they arrive.
- Operate a multi-line phone system professionally, taking detailed messages and transferring calls.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and postal mail.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply replenishment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
