- Manage the reception area, including mail distribution and office organization.

- Coordinate meeting rooms and manage the company calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
