Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail) and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with meticulous attention to detail
- Assist with onboarding processes and new employee orientations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Support event planning and travel arrangements for staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
