Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and assist all visitors with exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Coordinate office mail, shipping, and courier services
- Maintain reception area appearance and inventory of office supplies

Qualifications
