Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and clutter-free.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using digital calendar tools.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role preferred.
