Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors with exceptional professionalism and coordinate appointments
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage front desk inventory
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for guests/clients
- Coordinate office services and administrative support tasks
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and organization
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
