- Support scheduling calendar management for executive team
- Process incoming payments and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assist with office supply inventory and ordering
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and setup
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
