Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Maintain digital filing systems and assist with basic data entry
- Support administrative team with document preparation and distribution
- Ensure reception area remains clean, organized, and professional
- Act as first point of contact for client concerns and escalate as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
